EASY PORTIONS
Our meals are sold by the portion (Per Serving), one portion is built to feed one person with a large appetite or two light eaters. On average one portion weighs between 1.5 lbs and 2 lbs. Check out the portion explanation below to find the number of portions you should purchase for your family.
1 ADULT PORTION - 1 Portion
We put 1/3 lbs (6 oz) of meats (Chicken, Pork, Beef) in a meal when combined with 1/3 lbs vegetables. When the meal is only the meats (Chicken, Pork or Beef) then we use 3/4 lbs (12 oz) per portion.
Pastas/Quinoa Pasta we put 1/2 cup per portion
Rice/Quinoa we put 1/4 cup per portion
Vegetables vary from 1/12 lbs to 3/4 lbs

1 KID PORTION - 1 Portion
We put 1/4 lbs (4 oz) of the meats (Chicken, Pork, Beef) in a meal when combined with vegetables. When the meal is only the meats (Chicken, Pork or Beef) then we use 1/3 lbs (6 oz) per portion.
Pasta/Rice we put 1/4 cup per portion
Vegetables vary from 1/12 lbs to 3/8 lbs
