South African Wine Tasting/Pairing Dinner

6 Course South African Dinner & Wine Tasting/Pairing Night

$45 per person or $30 with no wine tasting (can share food and/or wine) - WIne tasing only $15 with no food

This month we will explore 6 South African Wine - We will pair (3) three white wines with 3 different South African style appetizers. We will then explore (3) different red's and pair them with 3 different South African mains. Of course we will end the evening with a shared dessert called "The Gods mustbe crazy !"

6 total wines (2oz pours) paired with 6 South African dishes. 

Arrive and start with Biltong / Droewors samples and a Glass of Mbali

1. Mbali Chenin Blanc Belnd  - Grilled Naan Peri Peri Oil / Olive Oil Balsamic / Lamb Curry

2. Delicious Monster - Cape Malay Shrimp or a Veg. Option 

3. Simonsig Chenin Blanc - Monkey Gland Beef Meatballs or Beyond Beef strips

4. Wolf Trap -  Beef or Lamb or Veg. Bobotie 

5. M.A.N Pinotage -  Traditional Boerewors / All Beef Boerewors  or  Vegetable curry

6. Jam Jar Shiraz - Lamb Chops or Veg Sosaties
