This is a complete meal starting with a garden salad and choice of dressing, followed by Karoo Crusted Prime Rib ( choice of cut 8oz, 12oz, 16oz or Dinner for 2 (20oz)) cooked to your liking (med-rare to well done), then served with a red wine au jous, horseradish, red roasted potatoes and grilled mixed vegetables. To finish choose between a Malva pudding or Melktert dessert to share. Our suggestion is a bottle of South African Red Wine to complete this incredible experience.
